The consumer can cancel his order within a 2 week period following the receipt of the first delivery. Your cancellation does not require a reason, and it may be carried out in writing by sending a letter, or by fax, or by sending back the goods. Subsequent to receiving your cancellation, we are obligated to reimburse possible payments. You are obligated to return the goods. In the case of cancellation via the sending back of goods, the observation of the time limit is considered valid at the time of the mailing or the transfer of goods to another carrier.
