TEC-HRO shooting equipment
Provide here is customer information concerning orders placed verbally, in written form or electronically, with our general terms and conditions of business. Regulations according to German law and the following business and shipping conditions shall apply to all orders and deliveries.
GENERAL
Our delivery program contains equipment articles for the sport of shooting.
ORDERS/CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT
We accept orders in writing, by telephone or online via the Internet. The order via Internet is not saved and is not accessible by the customer. We reserve the right to not process orders, without stating the grounds for this. The sales contract comes into existence via our order confirmation.
PRIZES
We ship exclusively at the prices listed on the online shop, or at the more economical prices made public by us through print or electronic media. Listed prices are gross prices, including VAT as required by law, valid from Brigachtal, not including packaging, freight, postage and value guarantee. DELIVERY
The goods are usually shipped within 8 days, in as far as these are in stock or are available on short notice from the manufacturer. We deliver to the customer’s address, or to the alternate delivery address that accompanied the order, as the case may be.
PAYMENT
When the "advance payment" (“Vorkasse”) selection has been made, the invoice amount (incl. shipping and packaging) is to be transferred to our bank account. With the "automatic debit" (“Bankeinzug”) selection, the customer authorizes the owner or owners of TEC-HRO to direct debit the amount of sale, as well as the incurred costs for shipping and packaging.
If cash-on-delivery payment is desired, the costs for this will also be added to the invoice. When we have set a date for required payment, a rate of 5 % p.a. above the applicable base rate is to be paid, along with resulting damages, in the event that the payment is not made on time.
CONDITIONAL
The goods remain our property until full payment has been enacted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The consumer can cancel his order within a 2 week period following the receipt of the first delivery. Your cancellation does not require a reason, and it may be carried out in writing by sending a letter, or by fax, or by sending back the goods. Subsequent to receiving your cancellation, we are obligated to reimburse possible payments. You are obligated to return the goods. In the case of cancellation via the sending back of goods, the observation of the time limit is considered valid at the time of the mailing or the transfer of goods to another carrier. Returns must have either sufficient postage or be carried out using the return form. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to refuse accepting deliveries that are sent by freight collect or those having insufficient postage.
DATA PRIVACY
The data made available by the customer for the processing of the sales contract is saved. We make use of this data solely for the purpose of completing the order. No data is made available to third parties.
